We will only dispatch an order after payment has been made in full. Products will be shipped within 48 hours of order (excluding weekends), providing products are in stock. We will endeavour to contact you without delay if an ordered product is not in stock. In the unusual event of late delivery, the customer agrees that this does not constitute a failure of our agreement, therefore cancellation of the order.
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. We are not obliged to re-post goods at our expense. We take great care to provide protective packaging for postage. Once your purchase has been delivered to the shipping company, we are not liable for any loss or damage.
Returns
@ muu.com.au, we supply you with only genuine and fresh products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just send it back to us unopened and unused within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund (to your credit card only). If the product you wish to return is part of a gift pack or special deal, the entire pack must be returned. We cannot refund shipping and handling costs, sorry!
